Have a special event coming and want to get into shape fast. Manhattan Muscle will design a custom workout schedule including resistance and strength training, cardiovascular exercises, stretching and flexibility movements, and a nutritional consultation and diet guide towards healthy eating.

The training package is 4 weeks and is a total of 20 sessions. Weight loss, increased stamina, strength, flexibility, and overall improved well being and health will all occur throughout these 4 weeks, allowing you to enjoy your special day and future  days to come. Whether its that 40th Birthday, wedding, class reunion, or vacation celebration, Manhattan Muscle will help you look and feel your best.

  • Workouts are scheduled Monday – Friday
  • Saturday is cardiovascular exercise only
  • Sunday is rest day
